About Veronica Carrillo

Hello, my name is Veronica Carrillo. I am thirty years old and I am a Santa Rosa native. I have been in the work field since the age of seventeen. I started working at a young age to help support my siblings. I have five years of experience working with children which has taught me to have a lot of patience in any work place. I have worked as a receptionist and have learned how to properly communicate with patients, even those who may be upset sometimes. Currently, I am an manager/optician/receptionist/human resource assistant at an optometry office. I wear plenty of different hats and I am constantly having to multi task and I am faced with new challenges every day. I have achieved becoming an optician within a matter of only working at this office for three months. I was quickly promoted and was trained on the job. I am an incredibly fast learner and if I don't know how to do something I will continue to practice to perfect my skills. Over the past thirteen years, I have acquired many different skills that have all helped me to become the person I am today. I feel that with these skills, I can be an excellent addition to any team.
