Working in a industry which is constantly changing, experience is important. I have been originating mortgage loans since 2003 (17 years) and have lived here in the Old Pueblo since 1984. Considered to be knowledgeable, I am well-versed in all areas of mortgage financing (Purchase, Refinance, Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, Bond, Renovation, Downpayment Assistance, etc) and guarantee to give accurate information the first time around.
