As a seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience in civil society development, public administration reform, and digital transformation, I specialise in open government, AI4Government, e-governance, and gender equality. I have collaborated with prominent international organisations such as the World Bank, UNFPA, Council of Europe, others, leading strategic initiatives and advising on policy development in countries across the Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Africa, Western Balkans and more. My career is dedicated to fostering good governance, transparency, and citizen engagement, ensuring inclusive and sustainable growth.
