Hello LinkedIn Community! ‍ As an ambitious undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Windsor, I'm not just immersed in academics—I'm making a real impact in the fitness and wellness space. Currently serving as a personal trainer and co-strength and conditioning coach on campus, my focus goes beyond workouts. I'm passionate about empowering individuals through functional training and providing valuable insights into proper nutrition. What sets me apart? I've pioneered two exclusive programs at the University of Windsor. The first, an in-demand 6-week functional foundation program tailored for women, emphasizes mastering fundamental movement patterns and compound exercises. The second is an exciting 8-week nutrition program, backed by my certification as a nutrition coach. I have a deep passion for rehabilitation and aspire to make it my main priority. My journey in the health and wellness environment is all about continuous learning and growth, actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with and learn from industry experts. In collaboration with my boss, I am currently launching and putting into action a workshop tailored to high school students. We spend a part of the day teaching them about nutrition, strength and conditioning, and emotional intelligence, fostering a holistic approach to a healthy life.
