With over 20 years in the Luxury Fashion industry, I translate creative concepts into successful finished products and ensure their value is effectively communicated to the sales network. My expertise lies in Product Development (Footwear & Leather Goods), combined with strategic Product Training skills. My core competencies bridge the gap between creation and commercial success, focusing on execution and education: End-to-End Management of the product development cycle (prototypes, industrialization, production) for Shoes and Leather Accessories, ensuring design integrity and cost optimization. Technical Liaison: Working closely with Design teams and Suppliers/Factories on the selection of materials, components, and construction techniques that meet the highest luxury standards. Strategic Product Training: I deliver effective training sessions for sales staff (Retail/Wholesale), translating technical and creative specifications into concrete selling tools. My goal is to ensure the sales team thoroughly understands the product story, materials, and key selling points of each item, maximizing customer engagement and Sell-Through. Conducting trend and competitor analysis to guide new category development is also part of my current activities.
