About Veronica Dragovich

Everyone knows that support staff are the backbone of every organization. At least, the smart ones know it, and make every effort to fill these key positions with phenomenal people who exceed expectations on a regular basis. That is what I strive for every day - to exceed expectations. Whether it be to my supervisor or colleagues, nothing makes my day more than knowing I delivered my absolute best. My passion for premium customer service has never wavered, beginning with my after-school job at a family-owned grocery store in the small town where I grew up, through various retail and service jobs and sales and office positions. This is why I was so thrilled to be nominated for the "Making a Difference Award" in 2018 and 2019, by my office manager, for demonstrating dedication to customers. I am also dedicated to providing mind-blowing support to my supervisor as requested or when it simply needs to get done. I take my role as support staff very seriously - I truly believe that when I do my job to the absolute best of my ability, it leaves others to fulfill their roles even more effectively. As key support staff, I was very proud to be a part of the work team that was awarded "Institute Team Award" at the 2019 MSU Extension Fall Conference, which is a very prestigious recognition.
