Investigates and resolves pay discrepancies submitted by Screening Officers across 13 airports in the Prairies Region based on each airport’s respective Collective Bargaining Agreement with each Union -Responds to a variety of queries, and has become a main contact for Airport Screening Officers, Base Managers, and Union Representatives regarding questions and errors with pay -Works very closely, and has developed a tight system with the Payroll team to resolve pay discrepancies as quickly as possible -Performs Onboarding duties, such as signing, initialing, and downloading completed New Hire Packages for newly hired Prairies Region Screening Officers -Creates and updates New Hire information in database, including an employee’s pay rate, seniority date, banking details, emergency contact information, and Union body -Updates employee records, including changes in contact information, banking information, emergency contact details, level and status changes, resignations, and leaves of absence -Provides Letters of Employment as requested by employees
