About Veronica Jones

Hi, I am Veronica Jones. With a background of the customer service industry, I have learned to be an active-listener, fast learner, proper communicator, and to gain a understanding of others through empathy. Leading with an entrepreneurial mindset of determination, persistence, and drive I discovered then transitioned into B2B sales. I am studied though a 3 month in-depth program called CourseCareers. In this program, I have learned different sale methodologies such as the SPIN Cycle (situation, problem, implication, and need-payoff) and BANT (budget, authority, need, time). Aside from human understanding, prospecting is the golden key to acquire as much pipeline as possible. This way, taking in more opportunities to set meeting and advance the sell cycle to the next step, eventually closing the deal. I have gained familiarity with CRMs such has Salesforce, and HubSpot. Dove into sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach, and HubSpot sales and sales data programs like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Not just finding prospects but gaining a brief understanding of who they are as a human, leading into what they really want and reaching their explicit needs. I am currently looking to add value to your team by starting as Sales Development Representative. I plan to grow in this role and use the skills I have been practicing and learning as well as gain new skills. I can add value to your team by setting out daily prospecting time blocks to add as much pipeline as possible to the company as well as assist other SDRs in tasks in which we both can learn and refine from.
