About Veronica Lain

I graduated from Ivy Tech with a degree in Human Services in 2012. As a single mom, I wanted to be in a helping profession in some way. I worked with special needs children for a year and a half and during that time, helped my boss with various organizing tasks around the office. Making a space clean and tidy has always been my passion. I was mainly a homemaker between 2016-2022. When I had the opportunity, I sampled products for for Indiana Beverage doing promotional events such as brew festivals, charity golf outings, and awards banquets. It was really fun being a part of that group! During that time, I taught myself how to do demo work, landscaping projects, organizing, refinishing furniture, painting, etc. Then, I met a woman who needed help running an estate sale. We came up with a plan and worked for over a month to put everything together and advertise. The sale was a success and she was happy to clear the clutter! Helping her led me to work at the World’s Largest Junk Removal company, driving trucks and advertising all around Northwest Indiana! Working with a team to transform a space gave myself and customers great satisfaction. I eventually found a better opportunity with a company out of state, working with contractors to complete final cleanings on big construction projects. I was in charge of the bidding, the contracts, and making sure everything ran smoothly. All of that Chicago traffic however, became too much so I had to find a better option.
