I have been in the management education, knowledge transfer/coaching industry for 29 years, and in my time with Oliver Wight (OW).I have held a number of roles. I have been the Business Development Manager within for (14 years) and this is the one I have enjoyed the most.I never cease to be amazed at how companies can undergo such transformational changes when applying sustainable business improvement processes within their companies, regardless of whether it is a large global organisation or a much smaller single entity.The biggest obstacle is often that of Change Management and this subject fascinates me, is perfect for OW as this is one of our key areas.In today’s ever changing world, Business Leaders/Managers have a challenging role, requiring practical ways to bring about desired change.Our clients typically see sustainable improvements in:• Increased sales & market share• Improved operating margins• More rapid & successful development & launch of new, more compelling products• Improved cash flow• Increased return on assetsReturn on investments from OW led programmes, typically range from 300 to adapt programmes to suit clients specific needs by introducing our unique integrated approach to improvement and change management.
