About Veronica Leitner

I am a professional business owner and a teacher and, after years of managing the financial and operational side of my own company while also managing and achieving a classroom, I am ready for my next challenge. I am not your average teacher either. I go above and beyond in everything I do and I lead by example for my students. As my husband and I prepare to sell our business, I'm looking to relocate and continue my career in management, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence to align with my current position with Lock Monkey Inc. so I can continue to grow those skills. I thrive on finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done, and I love working with teams to create systems that make work easier and more effective. Throughout my career, I have led process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operations. At Lock Monkey, I streamlined financial and operational workflows. Previously, as team lead for the Patient Accounts department at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center, I implemented system improvements that enhanced billing accuracy and patient account management. My ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions are a major asset to my future employer.
