I didn’t plan to enter the HVAC industry—but sometimes, the best careers find you. Starting as a data entry clerk, I quickly discovered a passion not just for business, but for people. That passion became the driving force behind my growth. While working full-time, I pursued my Business Management degree—never missing a beat—and stepped into every challenge as an opportunity to lead, support, and innovate. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: from dispatch and admin to accounts receivable/payable, and leading teams across the board. My strength lies in building strong, lasting relationships—with both clients and teammates. Whether it’s creating custom maintenance packages, assisting clients with budgeting and critical repairs, or helping technicians stay efficient and productive every day—I’m in it for the people. I take pride in driving change. At every company I’ve worked with, I’ve brought innovative processes that streamlined operations and improved client service. I’ve also played a pivotal role in achieving and maintaining COR safety certifications. Currently, I’m diving deeper into project management—determining how we can optimize workflow, boost positivity in the workplace, and drive sustainable profits. My purpose is simple: lead with empathy, empower others, and build the next generation of strong, capable professionals. My life motto is to leave them better than I found them.
