About Veronica Marcos

I have a Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston, where I studied various fields of law, including landlord tenant, business, and immigration law. I am licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.I am currently working as a Booking Contract Manager at Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA), where I generate and facilitate contracts and manage the approval process for such contracts. In my role at MCCA, I collaborate with the Boston Convention Marketing Center (BCMC) and MCCA operations, legal, and finance staff for all booking activities. I also work closely with the Legal team and the Chief Financial Officer to ensure all legal and financial edits are approved by the appropriate parties. I have gained valuable skills in legal document preparation, contract negotiation, and compliance. I am motivated by the opportunity to support the MCCA's mission of generating significant regional economic activity by attracting conventions, tradeshows, and other events. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also worked as a Law Clerk at AMPS Law and MT Law LLC, where I assisted attorneys and clients in various legal matters, ranging from litigation to business and corporate law to estate planning and immigration.
