I create guest experiences, have knowledge of services & product, and am efficient at getting through large amounts of work with precision. To do this, I focus on genuine interactions, stay updated on any changes, and put my best foot forward in everything I do. I can successfully create a warm environment for guests- I always put the customer at the center of my attention- I excel at showing empathy in high-stress environments. I fit into and grow in every environment I’m placed in. I educate, refine and drive myself to be better- I learn constantly because you can never truly know it all- I stay calm in tricky situations- I focus on making the best possible decisions. I enjoy meeting new people in this industry. Hospitality is a business a person can never get bored of, from the new experiences (almost daily) to the wonderful stories you can hear told by people from all around the world!
