My overall activity starts by analyzing the market conditions and sales forecasts, in order to find cost-effective suppliers and continues by managing the tenders and negotiating the contracts. I follow-up on the contract performance and, after ensuring all ordered goods are customs cleared and delivered on time, I manage the inventory wisely by making inter-country exchanges and placing the right POs. Finally, I supervise the goods are shipped to honor the clients’ requests.
