After graduating Cum Laude from John Carroll University in May of 2022, I began my professional career as an Account Executive at FOX 8 News Cleveland. I developed a deep understanding of the media landscape while working to create impactful advertising solutions for clients. My role involved building and nurturing over 50 customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering customized strategies to meet client objectives. By leveraging both digital and broadcast platforms, I helped clients maximize their ROI and achieve their business goals. The success I achieved in this role was driven by my passion for customer success and my ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges. In March 2024, I transitioned to the position of Manager of Sales and Marketing for CUOH Railroad at Genesee & Wyoming, where I now oversee sales strategies and marketing initiatives within the railroad industry. My work involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and developing targeted campaigns that foster long-term relationships and growth. I work hand in hand with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, optimize operational efficiency, and align sales efforts with operational capabilities. By combining my skills in sales, marketing, and client management, I continue to drive brand awareness and help position CUOH Railroad for continued success in a competitive industry.
