About Veronica Nardello

As an aspiring hospitality executive, the beginning of my career focused mostly on the operations side of the industry. In my earlier roles I was able to learn how hotels and resorts operated effectively and efficiently through many different departments, while simultaneously providing exceptional guest experiences. Throughout these different roles my favorite part was always connecting with my guests and teaching my associates how to do so. Learning why guests were traveling or what they were celebrating, and thinking of ways to make their stay extra special became a part of my day-to-day tasks. My operations experience gives me a different perspective to event planning, with the ability to ensure your meetings and events at Kalahari flow seamlessly for your clients and attendees from check-in to check-out.
