About Veronica Rose

I’m in a season of simplifying, choosing work, pace and priorities that support self-care, ease, grace and personal sovereignty. By day, I work in food services in the health sector, where every interaction is a chance to bring care, connection and quality to the people I serve. My background as a play advocate and midlife mentor still shapes how I show up: in listening deeply, noticing what’s unspoken and encouraging others to reclaim joy in their own way. I’m also a writer, creating Roselight Journals, publishing Roselight Classics and sharing Jane Austen–inspired essays, all released at a gentle pace.
