Following my role with Drivewyze into the merging of multiple companies into our parent company, Fleetworthy, my role has expanded to support the Technical and Product organizations across Canada and the U.S, including Software Engineering, Operations, Data, IT, Security, Product Management, Product Analysts, and UX Designers - and more. With a strong focus on culture integration, talent strategy, and leadership development, I help teams navigate change while ensuring our people feel engaged, valued, and empowered.
