I am an Accounting Specialist at Hess Corporation, a leading global independent energy company, with over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. I have a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown and am fluent in Spanish. My core competencies include analytical, problem-solving, and invoicing skills, which I apply to deliver high-quality results and insights for the Solar Gas business unit. As part of the Solar Gas team, I prepare and manage the invoicing and reporting for propane, butane, and natural gasoline sales at three locations, using SAP S&D. I also record and report monthly sales, pricing, inventory position, and calculate and book accruals for Hess Midstream entities. Additionally, I maintain SOX narrative and controls, provide cash forecasting and EIA reporting, and file various taxes and fees. I communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as Hess Midstream, Mentor, Operations, and working interest owners. I am passionate and driven to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in my work, and to contribute to the success of Hess and the energy sector.
