About Veronica Valiensi

I am trained in treating rape, sexual abuse, sexual offending, PTSD, and self-injury. I was a Certified Rape Crisis Counselor while at Slippery Rock University. I was trained in treating self-injurious behavior through S.A.F.E. Alternatives. I am trained in Basic Critical Incident Stress Management, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD. I also utilize Inference Based-CBT for OCD. I completed a year-long training in Internal Family Systems therapy. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant-in-Training. I have completed training on treating suicidality. I am Intermediate level of Somatic Experiencing.
