About Veronica Vanbuskirk

I am a 2021 graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the School of Public Health. My passion for kinesiology is inspired by my interests in balance, sports performance, orthopedics, neuroscience, pain education, and exercise physiology. With these interests in mind I believe in a holistic and preventative approach to healthcare which makes me excited to pursue a career in physical therapy. Currently, I am a third year Doctor of Physical Therapy Student at Indiana State University, in the College of Health and Human Services. Being a part of this program has given me purpose by using myself to help others achieve their optimal health and wellness. I am driven by a genuine passion for encouraging others to achieve their full potential, both in terms of physical health and overall quality of life. My education and relationships up to this point, as a young adult, working in various jobs has shaped my character to be sociable, trainable, and comfortable in new experiences. Helping others and sharing how they can be empowered by their physical abilities has driven me to where I am today.
