I am a Partner at Soemadipradja & Taher, one of the leading law firms in Indonesia, where I have been practicing law for over 9 years. I have more than 18 years of legal experience, with a focus on Indonesian antritrust & competition law. I assist clients on various antritrust litigations ranging from cartels, abuse of dominant investigations and compliance matters, such as M&A transactions, merger filings, RPM, distribution and vertical restraints, and procurement processes. My expertise in competition law stems from my previous work with the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU), where I served as an investigator, the Head of the Regional Office in Medan, the Head of the Investigation Division, and the Head of the Foreign Cooperation Division. As a former main drafter of KPPU investigation business process and case handling procedure, I have a deep understanding of the background and rationale of the case handling procedure and regulation. I also have extensive experience in international cooperation and trade negotiations on competition law and policy.
