Graduated with a MBA from UNBSJ,Canada for further exposure and better opportunities in ITSM and project management practices. After completing my Btech in Information technology I joined British telecom as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Where I worked as an Implementation specialist who trains new resources and helps monitoring the Infrastructure of over 250+ clients at once. Having worked in Network organizations for the past three years, I try to blog and travel in free time to keep my creativity in check. Influenced trekker before and avid traveler now. Dedication and priority are keys for me and my decisiveness keeps my aims on target always. Looking to grow myself professionally in an unknown environment excites me which was the motivation behind me choosing to move to Canada from India. Currently, working as ab Analyst at Paymentus Corp monitoring alarms, determining root-cause, and mitigating risks in a proactive manner. As well as, using my knowledge of change management principles to create change strategy and roadmap for efficient adoption for both tech & business stakeholders.
