Over 25 years experience in MR in various functions from system tester until Supply Chain Project Manager. Started as a technical guy with a passion for testing Medical Equipment my scope broadend after a few years. My interest turned into logistics and project management. As a Supply Chain Team Lead I made the dependencies between team members visible and managed these dependencies to get the deliverables of my team on time with the right quality. Where necessary I coached my team members on content and behaviour. My team and I were always searching for integral solutions of the problems we were facing. After almost 20 years project management I turned back into operations creating content myself. Today I am responsible for masterdata of sw keys for MRI equipment. As tools I am using Access, dedicated COSAC and Wiskey systems both interfacing with SAP. Being an Oberserver (Insights profile postion 54) I like to handle large data sets and create overview.
