About Veselin Ganev

I have been leading B2B Service Desk team in one of the most successful mobile virtual network enablers - Effortel - for the last 5 years. Totally, I've spent in Effortel over 9 years, time that has been crucial to my professional development as B2B communication specialist, actively being involved and assisting not only to B2B customers, but to various internal departments as well. For almost 2 years, I also took also the temporary position of "Title Process and Total Quality Manager", where I had the task to streamline and improve various internal processes, related to the general service delivery quality, towards our business customers. I'm looking forward to new professional challenges, which would allow me further developing of my professional skills. As my key skills - and I would mention just a few - I would share my passion for seeking excellence; thinking strategically; adherence to and inventing of processes and procedures; being able to manage multiple tasks and communicate with multiple departments proficiently; and last but not least, my ability to represent my company's goals and values in my every-day's B2B communication endeavors with customers and internal departments.
