I have been engaged many times in mission-critical positions, accountable, responsible for the development of many projects. As a Manager of one of the most modern casinos, on the territory of Sofia, I have dialed with the overall organization, the work-flow of the staff (dealers, security, support staff), the advertising, the recruitment and the personnel management. This position gave me the opportunity to improve my organizational and managerial skills, teach me to work in a vibrant environment and constant voltages, to meet different people and communicate with them in the best manner. I have additional knowledge and experience in different areas such as construction, all types of communications, advertising, security systems and other fields. On the position "Head Testament supplies” I was responsible for the: maintenance of facilities throughout the country as technical team lead and monitor the performance of their duties; for the delivery of all equipment and spare parts, negotiating their prices, all communication with international companies, holding the stocks, the development of various projects.
