About Vi Kim

As a Production Planner at Onto Innovation, I leverage my skills in supply chain management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. I collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align production goals with material availability, analyze and resolve material shortages, and update and maintain production planning systems. I also lead efforts to optimize workflows, reducing production downtime and improving overall efficiency. I have over 5 years of experience in the field of production planning and coordination, having worked as a Material Expeditor and Production Coordinator at ELEMENT SIX TECHNOLOGIES US CORPORATION before joining Onto Innovation. I will have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from San Jose State University in December 25, and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from San Jose City College. I am proficient in Oracle and Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
