About Vianna Gordon

I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with a passion for supporting individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. With a Master of Social Work degree specializing in Children, Youth, and Family, I have honed my skills in counseling, advocacy, and resource coordination to make a positive impact in the lives of those I serve. Currently, I hold dual roles as an Assistant Director of Clinical Operations at Circle of Care - Passaic Care Management Organization and a Lead Social Worker at Emmanuel Cancer Foundation. In my role at Circle of Care, I oversee operational activities and collaborate with teams to design and implement individualized service plans for children with complex needs. I am committed to fostering a culture of cultural responsiveness and ensuring that support services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of families. At Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, I provide counseling, advocacy, and grief support services to families impacted by cancer. I am deeply passionate about providing holistic support and empowering individuals to navigate through challenging times with resilience and strength. In addition to my professional roles, I am also committed to continuous learning and development. I am a licensed social worker (LSW) and have received additional training in trauma-focused behavioral therapy. I am also certified as an NHA (Nurtured Heart) & SNA (Strengths and Needs) Trainer, allowing me to contribute to the growth and development of fellow professionals in the field. I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and am always seeking new opportunities to leverage my skills and expertise in support of this mission.
