About Vibha B.

A sales and marketing professional with 20 years of experience in government liaison strategic planning stakeholder management international alliance management event management leadership international bidding market research and team management. She is a MICE enthusiast with extensive experience managing national and international events. She has worked with a range of MICE organisations. Her drive to learn her hunger for knowledge and her willingness to travel explore and experiment have propelled her to the forefront of project design and implementation in these domains. Her key skill is her ability to create outstanding results in a range of work environments. She is a problem solver who excels in project prioritisation and management.  Vibha has also worked as the Director of Business Development at the non-profit Hyderabad Convention and Visitors Bureau (HCVB). She was instrumental in strengthening the bureau's national and international positioning. She developed strategic bids for international events to enhance Telangana's MICE tourism and worked on cross-border economic collaboration while continually providing thorough service to the member organisations.  She is the Chairperson (Delhi Chapter-Art & Culture) of the All Ladies League (ALL) and a member of the WICCI National Art Leadership Council. Her interests include travel and art.  Vibha is also a founder member of COVID Helpline 13. They launched the campaign at the end of April when the second wave of COVID-19 wreaked havoc on the National Capital. However at a time when the city was experiencing a severe shortage of oxygen and hospital beds many people from the MICE industry law students housewives and others joined forces with COVID Helpline 13 to assist desperate caregivers of COVID-positive patients by connecting them to hospitals or institutions that had beds plasma and oxygen available. Today they have over 100 volunteers assisting with this programme.
