About Vibha Mistry

With over 15 years of professional experience, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in roles that combine strategy, relationship-building, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. As a Recruitment Partner at Leap Recruitment Partners, I focus on connecting great talent with the right opportunities, while my role as Director of Services at Direct Approach Educational Services has sharpened my skills in business development and operational leadership. I’m especially passionate about creating partnerships that fuel growth—whether it’s in education, recruitment, or team building. I love working on projects that make a real impact, and I’m always looking for ways to align people, purpose, and performance. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying time with my little family, cooking delicious meals and diving into any opportunities that can help me grow! If you're interested in collaborating, connecting, or just talking shop—feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect!
