About Vibhor Singhal

CFO and Chartered Accountant with 14+ years building and scaling finance organizations across VC-backed SaaS, AI, Tech, and Consumer businesses. I partner directly with founders and CEOs on fundraising, capital allocation, pricing, and cash runway management.I’ve led $147M+ across Series A, B, and C fundraises, owned investor diligence end to end, and structured both equity and venture debt to improve valuation and extend runway. My work consistently translates strategy into cash impact: working-capital redesigns, pricing shifts, and cost structures that materially improve burn, margins, and visibility.I’ve built finance functions from scratch and scaled them globally across India, Singapore, Poland, and Europe, implementing ERP, controls, transfer pricing, tax optimization, and board-level reporting. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, I’ve stepped beyond finance when needed, including leading company-wide operations to unlock execution efficiency. My edge is simple: financial clarity under pressure, clean numbers investors trust, and systems that scale without breaking.I am open to conversations with founders, CEOs, and boards building or scaling venture-backed businesses across SaaS, AI, and global markets : 9716812@.
