Hey there - Vichet here! I'm a Technical Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master passionate about turning my teams' ideas and "what ifs" into reality. Over my 16 year career in tech, I've cut my teeth on solving problems that didn't have a previously prescribed solution, by listening to my stakeholders and clients, sussing out the problems behind the problems, pinpointing what is critical and necessary, and then authoring and operationalizing the processes that wipe away the pain points. Most recently I've been a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master, roles that fuel my love for making my teams' day-to-day a little easier and more joyful. At Clincierge, I was tasked with resolving a number of issues resulting from development churn, and at Greenphire, I led my development teams in tackling what mattered most in the delivery of a complex set of integrated features between various products with different tech stacks. I applied my knack for distilling critical project requirements from wherever they appeared (meetings, Slack, backs of napkins) in service of my teams being able to focus on their specific roles, and significantly boosting our sprint delivery and velocity while reducing churn sprint over sprint. Most importantly, I listen to my teams. When they say there is a problem, I spring into action to support them, gather the appropriate stakeholders, and personally guarantee that an action item not only appears from that interaction, but is resolved in an appropriate manner. This has been the lynch-pin of my professional success. Finally, my experience in highly regulated biomedical research and tech give me an appreciation for balancing velocity with risk, while still moving the ball down the field. I'm terrible at literally juggling physical objects, but I've metaphorically juggled multiple projects with multiple teams and stakeholders like I'd graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell's lesser known and completely fictional College of Circus Arts.
