With over 20 years of experience, I specialise in navigating complex development projects and transactions, delivering outcomes that go to the core of what my clients want. I am passionate about large-scale projects and have worked on some of the most exciting and transformative developments across a diverse range of asset classes. My expertise includes commercial, industrial and retail leasing, acquisitions and disposals and complex titling. I have a strong interest in energy transition, providing strategic advice on tenure and real estate aspects for projects in the solar, wind, hydro, BESS, energy-from-waste sectors. Key projects: Woolworths: Advising on the $1.2 billion development and leasing of an automated Regional Distribution Centre and a semi-automated National Distribution Centre in the Moorebank Logistics Park, Sydney. Woolworths: Leading the $400m development and long term leasing of a multi storey distribution centre in Light Horse Business Hub, NSW. Woollahra Municipal Council: Advising on its public private partnership with Woolworths to redevelop the Kiaora Place shopping and commercial precinct in Double Bay. ESR: Acting on the development of logistics estates around Australia, including the acquisition of a 7,956 square metre site at St Peters, NSW and the development of that site into a specialised facility that is now home to Qantas’ new Sydney flight training centre, as well as the development and leasing of the Palmers Logistics Estate in Truganina, the Hazelmere Logistics Estate in Western Australia and the Prestons Logistics Estate in NSW. Cleanaway: Advising on various sale and leaseback arrangements and the acquisition of various sites for the development of energy-from-waste facilities. EnergyAustralia: Advising on the disposal of the Wallerawang Power Station site, including complex titling arrangements. Endeavour Energy: Acting on the sale and leaseback of its corporate headquarters to AirTrunk and the leasing and fitout of Endeavour's new corporate headquarters. Peabody Energy: Advising on the property aspects of its Wambo Coal mining joint venture and its mine in Wilpinjong, NSW. Barangaroo Delivery Authority: Acting on the tender and procurement phase of the Barangaroo South development.
