About Vicki Beecher
I have spent my career in Healthcare. After entering the US Air Force in 1991, I was placed in the Health Service Administration career field which afforded me the opportunity to work in many areas of an Air Force hospital and clinic. After my honorable discharge from the USAF, I entered the civilian sector which in turn offered me the opportunity to expand my horizons into Healthcare Quality which has become one of my passions. I am happy to be working with organizations who are trying to improve their processes for care and patient outcomes. My second passion is kidney donation. In 2018 I was diagnosed with FSGS. I am on dialysis and awaiting transplant at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. In my fight for a kidney, I hope to spread awareness of kidney health, while encouraging others to consider donating a kidney to someone in need. It truly is the gift of life.
