Vicki is a passionate, organised and an experienced all rounded Procurement Professional who has had vast experience working within the public sector, a large FMCG organisation and 13 years at a large insurance industry (current). Vicki is currently employed by IAG (Insurance Australia Group) and is responsible for managing high profile and high spend indirect categories across IAG Australia. These categories include Professional Services ($160M annual spend), Contract and Permanent Recruitment Services ($140M+ annual spend) and Learning Services ($30M annual spend).Vicki has worked with the business to successfully implement Fieldglass (VMS) for Contract Labour and implemented Fieldglass for Professional Services (Statement of Work related engagements).Prior to working at IAG, Vicki was responsible for supporting and then managing the Claims Procurement function; being the sole team member across the Claims Procurement portfolio. The role entailed managing the claims procurement category spend for motor and non-motor across the Wesfarmers Insurance Group. Approximate spend in the direct space was $850M.At the FMCG organisation Vicki influenced and oversaw spend of $794M which covered both direct & indirects over numerous categories for Tip Top Australia & NZ, Vicki was responsible for all NPD sourcing, the supplier selection process (RFT/RFP/RFQ), contract management, contract negotiating, carrying out supplier performance reviews, supplier relationship manager for key suppliers, key driver for gaining stakeholder engagement throughout Australia, vendor approval manager and educating internal colleagues on the Procurement function and requirements of them.
