A significant highlight of my career in consulting and talent management is receiving the prestigious 'Driving Inspired Impact' award, which recognizes my dedication to nurturing talent and leading teams to success. My journey started at Google, where I developed key skills in leadership, customer service, and technical knowledge sharing. This foundational experience shaped my strategic approach to consulting and customer success management, which I further enhanced at innovative companies like Porch. With an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, I honed my analytical and leadership abilities, equipping me for influential roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). A key aspect of my leadership involves organizing and leading initiatives that drive inclusivity and foster workplace cohesion.
