I hold Salesforce Ranger status and am a Certified Salesforce Associate & Administrator, with deep experience in Wynne RentalMan ERP supporting both financial and rental operations. My technical strengths include advanced data mining and reporting (SQL, Sequel, Reporter, Access, Viewpoint), database design and maintenance, and full-cycle project delivery—from requirements gathering to implementation and follow-up. I also specialize in system conversions and upgrades. I’m a proud graduate of a two-year Leadership Development Program, where I developed soft skills in DISC profiling, Cialdini’s Principles of Influence, Conflict Resolution, the Drama Triangle, and Situational Leadership. These tools have helped me become a more empathetic, adaptable, and effective teammate and leader.
