Meet with internal and external clients regularly.Oversee all project management for all products and all brands as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with various levels within the company to secure detailed product information for each product across all brand lines. Work with our designers and/or agency to ensure design integrity and timeliness of artwork. Directs the activities of account executives and account coordinators to ensure proper agency service to clients.Analyzes client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc, to produce full communications plans/strategies.Ensures technical and product representations are appropriate while making sure that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative and media groups.Provides clients with budget updates.Keeps management apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments.Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.Prepares month-end overviews of client’s current activities, and monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future development of accounts.Seeks out new business opportunities with new and existing clients and plays a supportive role in their development.Represents the agency at industry functions—promotes the agency at every opportunity.
