With over 7 years of experience in the aviation and beverage industries, I am a skilled and versatile Field Operations Manager with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and quality products. I have a strong background in managing complex and diverse operational tasks, coordinating teams and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. I am currently working at BRITVIC PLC, one of the leading soft drinks companies in Europe, where I oversee the installation, service, and maintenance of post-mix equipment for top name brands such as Pepsi, 7up, and Tango. In my current role, I have sole responsibility for the operational and people management of Field Based Technicians (TSR) based in South West England and Wales. I am accountable for planning and prioritising all field activities, resolving issues and challenges, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. I have demonstrated my ability to think quickly, communicate effectively, and solve problems creatively, as well as my knowledge and expertise in post-mix equipment and soft drinks dispensing. Some of my achievements include improving team engagement satisfactory scores by 25%, and leading multiple training and development initiatives for my team, including launching the first ever Drinks Dispense Engineering apprenticeship at Britvic.
