About Vicki Gilman

I’m the behind-the-scenes wizard who loves turning chaos into order! With over 15 years of experience juggling calendars, coordinating real estate transactions, managing property portfolios, and supporting high-net-worth clients, I bring a unique blend of sharp organization, proactive problem-solving, and a touch of creativity to every task. Whether it’s corralling complex schedules, wrangling board meetings, managing insurance renewals (making sure everyone has the right coverage and additional insureds), or resolving association violations, I’m passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently—all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. I’ve led software migrations that improved workflows, boosted board, owner, and tenant satisfaction, and added sparkle to marketing campaigns through newsletters, social media, and print advertising. I thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same, and I enjoy being the dependable, detail-savvy team member who quietly makes everything happen behind the scenes. If you’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, client-focused, and ready to jump in and tackle challenges head-on, let’s connect!
