Currently, I serve as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee for Defence Bank Limited and Revolution Asset Management, as well as Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for Western Sydney University Enterprises Pty Ltd. I am also a member of the Finance and Investment Committee for Western Sydney University.As a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial services, my background spans Retail and Investment banking, Fund and Asset Management, Life & General Insurance, and Superannuation. Over the past decade, I have held Non-Executive Directorship roles in financial services companies, non-government organizations, and not-for-profit organizations.I bring C-suite experience, having served as CFO and Company Secretary at Lendi Group, a company revolutionizing mortgage broking through technology and online marketing. I also stepped in as Interim CEO of Dress for Success NSW & ACT in 2018, 2020, and 2024.In 2022, I was Interim CFO for Pollination Group, a global climate change investment and advisory firm, where I gained insights into ESG and natural carbon markets while managing CFO responsibilities for the business and its investment joint venture with HSBC. Additionally, I joined the boards of Defence Bank and Revolution Asset Management in the same year.A driven and professional individual, I have extensive experience working with listed companies, investment banks, and chartered accountancy firms in the UK and Australia.
