Filled numerous executive roles with Deloitte including Regional Leader for Deloitte’s Healthcare Services- led the practice that grew to over $150 million and over 20% of domestic Healthcare revenues. A Regional Leader of Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative that changed the Firm’s culture, resulting in improved retention rates, career development and leadership advancement of women at Deloitte. Led client teams serving public and private companies with multi- locations and U.S. operations of internationally based companies in healthcare, financial services, light manufacturing, construction and services; companies included both regulated and unregulated environments. Provided valued advice and consultation to CEOs, CFOs and directors leading to enhanced processes and improved financial performance.Vicki has worked with senior executives and boards of healthcare companies throughout the region and has served all segments of the healthcare provider industry including acute, specialty acute, sub-acute and home health. She has also served companies in the healthcare payor, disease management and medical device segments. Vicki has a cumulative of over 45 years serving on a number of national and local not-for-profit boards; for most of these board positions she has served in board leadership roles including chairperson, president, treasurer and chairman of committees such as finance, nominating, and executive.
