I am passionate about the markets that I work in. Small employers are often times under served and need more assistance and support from their benefit brokers than larger employers do. Small employers wear multiple hats, and the benefits hat does not need to be put on often. I am a constant resource for my clients and enjoy assisting where I can with the benefits administration. Individuals looking for coverage on their own are unfamiliar with the varying provider networks and can easily find themselves enrolled in a plan that does not include their providers. I help to make sure that my clients are purchasing a health plan that will meet their needs. I also work within the health plan Marketplaces and can advise of available tax credits. Medicare beneficiaries are left on their own to navigate the options available to them and try to make sense of the overwhelming amount of mail and and phone calls that they receive. I work to make sure my clients understand what they are purchasing, and that they are purchasing a plan that includes their providers and prescription drugs.
