My work for global companies that deliver technology solutions and services to utilities has allowed my curiosity and bias for action to thrive. As a product manager I assessed market needs through research and direct customer interaction that resulted in the development of offers that met market needs. While serving in marketing roles I refined communication skills and promotion strategies that raised brand awareness and increased sales. Commercial leadership roles enhanced my deal-making skills to support customer success while driving financial and operational goals of the business. Through all these opportunities, my interactions with co-workers, customers, partners, trade organizations and other market influencers continues to invigorate. I enjoy tackling challenges by collaborating with other diverse and talented individuals. I am an accomplished leader who successfully builds and motivates teams to achieve a common goal – something that has been recognized by my teammates. I’ve held several volunteer leadership roles in industry and community where I can drive progress and mentor others. A sought-after industry speaker, moderator, and focus group facilitator, I have a keen ability to simplify and organize complex topics while bringing out the best in others. A steady, adaptable demeanor in the face of uncertainty or change, I strive to demonstrate flexible excellence in all that I do. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading and traveling with family and friends.
