A hardworking, loyal, and approachable team player, who has extensive experience as an Assistant Customer Service Manager in eCommerce for over 30 years, managing up to 20 Customer Service agents who provide service via phone, email, and webchat to customers working within GDPR Compliance and Sales of goods act 2015. I work well as part of a team and alone, with excellent communication skills. Excellent proven experience of managing and motivating a team. Now seeking a role in which to apply skills, knowledge, and experience with the potential to progress. I have gained an ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management. At Pentland I had extensive system knowledge on Isobar, Visualsoft, JDA Warehouse Management System, Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM), SAP, Metapack, as well as assisting in projects to deliver new brands and systems to the team. In my latest role at Perry Motor Sales I have learnt to use bespoke systems whilst leading a team of 22 advisors teaching them how to build rapport with potential customers who are looking to buy a new car, prior to passing the details through to the dealerships. I have extensive HR experience which I share with my peers to help build thier knowledge. I work closely with the dealerships to give the best possible service to build a customer base that Perrys are proud of.
