About Vicki Young

I'm returning to a long-held interest in supporting young creatives, bringing together my extensive experience across the creative industries, an ongoing interest in personal development and very strong interpersonal skills. I've completed an Advanced Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring with a provider (Association for Coaching accredited) who promote coaching 'with soul'. This reflects my values and belief in a holistic approach incorporating creativity, spirituality and body-work, rooted in theories of psychology, psychotherapy and neuroscience (with additional courses taken in coaching with neurodiversity). I'm currently leading a training programme for emerging arts producers in East London. This follows many happy, successful and productive years in public art commissioning and culture-led placemaking, in a range of roles across the cultural sector, including community arts, and in broadcast documentary television and video production, where my career began.
