About Vickie Whaley

With over 37 years of experience in the dental field, I am a well rounded assistant in all specialties of dentistry. I currently work as a pediatric dental assistant at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where I provide high-quality dental care to children of all ages and backgrounds. I am a certified dental assistant as well as having earned the DAANCE certification, the national standard for dental anesthesia assistants, and I can handle emergency situations efficiently and safely. I am passionate about dentistry and staying on the cutting edge of technology. I have contributed to the planning and execution of guided implant surgery, the organization of mini implant residencies and hygiene study clubs, and the supervision of a clinical staff of 18. I enjoy working with a team that puts the patients' needs and well-being as the top priority. I love working in all aspects of dentistry as well as with children and helping them achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. I am passionate about helping children that are impoverished or may not get the dental care they truly need.
