MARKETING SPECIALIST WHO LOVES A CHALLENGE With over 15 years marketing experience I am a marketing professional who loves a challenge whether at work or in my personal life. Having spent my career working for B2B companies I enjoy creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns and have developed a strong passion for all things social media. My specialties include and are not limited to: Marketing communications, digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, exhibitions and event planning, graphic design, copywriting, website development and managment, PPC management, video editing. My roles have also included sourcing and managing external partner companies such as digital agencies, designers, freelance journalists, photographers, exhibition stand designers and builders and more. I have worked for global companies such as GEA and Gallagher where I have worked closely collaborating with regional teams to localise key brand messages across borders and cultures. I have a BA Honours degree from De Montfort University in Marketing and Media, where I also completed an industrial placement year at IBM. Colleagues know me as organised, engaging, fun to work with and always signing up for some crazy challenge. I am a team player, with strong levels of creativity and motivated by engaging with my team and end users. I took the decision to move to New Zealand in August 2019 to work at Gallagher Head Office in Hamilton. So far this has been an amazing opportunity to develop my career, understand a new culture and experience a different way of life. On weekends I can be found at various parkruns and taking part in either a running or cycling adventure/challenge somewhere in New Zealand.
