As the Vice President of Optum Care Network, I oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives that leverage data, technology, and partnerships to enhance patient outcomes, provider satisfaction, and operational efficiency. I bring a wealth of expertise in healthcare management, healthcare information technology, and market intelligence, as well as strong skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. Previously, I served as the Director of Market Intelligence and Product Strategy at Community Health Plan of Washington, where I led the design and implementation of innovative and competitive products and services for Medicaid and Medicare populations. I also held the position of Chief of Staff at Washington Permanente Medical Group, where I supported the CEO and senior leadership team in driving organizational performance and alignment. I am motivated by the mission of Optum to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
